Jasmine Photography provides appointment-based product photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers. The scope of each project is confirmed in advance based on the product count, intended use, shot list, styling needs, and any agreed delivery plan.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing products, reference material, and accurate usage information in a timely manner. Any sample setup, shot list, or usage note must be reviewed and approved before production where required, and changes to scope may affect the quotation and delivery process.

Intellectual Property
ClauseUnless otherwise agreed in writing, all copyright and other intellectual property rights in photographs remain with Jasmine Photography. Any license or permitted use of the final images is limited to the agreed project purpose and does not include rights that have not been expressly granted.
